 Integrated Hardware A  hardware - integrated  solution, simply put, means a mobile system that is combined with outlying  hardware  in order to connect the two through an app, or other technology system. The goal of  hardware integration  is to use mobile devices to replace other, traditional forms of controlling  hardware.  I can somewhat relate to this because at the beginning of this course, i was not able to create blogs from my laptop so i had to start creating blogs on my phone and i wasn't fully giving the tools that i needed while working on my cellular device. But now that i am able to access my blogs through my laptop, all my data and information from my phone is now on the laptop and i decided to go back and edit my blogs a little since i was not able to do so before. It has become easier to work on my laptop and i continue publishing blogs. Also, s oftware  is stored in the  hardware  as magnetic domains on the hard drive or floppy disc, or as low and high voltages in

 Integrated Software  Integrated software  is a collection of  software  designed to work similar  programs . A good example of  integrated software  package is Microsoft Office, which contains  programs  used in an office environment. Later on in my blogs, i will create a power point containing a full summary of my blogs and all i worked on during the school year.  Software integration  is the process of bringing together various types of  software  sub-systems so that they create a unified single system. Almost the same as taking a lot of information form different sources to convert it into one story. The best thing about it is that all your information if saved for when yo want t come back and edit or make changes.  An  integrated software  system ensures that customers are able to access their data anywhere.

 Integrated Technologies  Technology integration is the use of technology tools in general content areas in education in order to allow students to apply computer and technology skills to learning and problem-solving. Generally speaking, the curriculum drives the use of technology and not vice versa. I have a few computer skills that i  acquired a while back. That made it a little easier to learn about creating blogs and putting magazines together. In creating blogs and magazines, i used sites such as blogger.com and canva.com which were both provided by my teacher. Due to what i was taught prier to this class about technology, i feel i do my work differently from my classmates but still ending up with the same results. Overall, with technology, making blogs and magazines are easier now, especially now that I've learned how to construct them.

 What I've learned...      At the beginning of this course, i had no knowledge of how to create blog post, put together a magazine, or even interview people. I later found it that it's not as easy as i thought. Throughout the course i slowly gained a better understanding of how things work in the media. How blogs are published, putting together a magazine, analyzing a film, using misc-en-scene, and more.       Mise-en-scene is the stage design and arrangement of actors in scenes for a theatre or film production, both in visual arts through storyboarding, visual theme, and cinematography, and in narrative storytelling through direction.      I also learned that camera angles and shots play a big role in films and even in pictures.  Camera Angles Eye level – camera points straight ahead. Intention is to be objective. Low angle – camera points up from a lower angle.  High angle – camera points down from a higher angle.  Dutch – tilted angle.  Over the shoulder – not strictly an an

 Audiences  Sports connect many of us. We wear the same hats, shirts, and of course, connect digitally to our favorite teams and players. And while audiences continue to be broken up with the addition of more and more digital channels, this also allows sports teams around the globe to reach their die hard fans, as well as the casual ones, in new ways.  The mix between hosting, participating, and optimizing the experience around the conversation can be sometimes difficult. On one hand, go to where the fans are. If they are on Twitter, engage with them there. If they are on Facebook, go there, and who knows what new social channel will pop up next.  Engagement of a  sport fan  is usually seen through following their favorite team by attending games, watching them on TV, purchasing team products, reading about it in newspapers or just talking about it with others.  If the  audience  is leaning forward in  their  chairs or sitting with a relaxed posture, nodding  their  heads, or smiling,

 Reflection: Conventions Sports  includes all forms of  competitive  physical activity  or  games  which,  through casual or organized participation, at least in part aim to use, maintain or improve physical ability and skills while providing enjoyment to participants, and in some cases,  entertainment  for spectators.  Sports can bring positive results to one's physical health. Hundreds of sports exist, from those between single contestants, through to those with hundreds of simultaneous participants, either in  teams  or competing as individuals. In certain sports such as  racing , many contestants may compete, simultaneously or consecutively, with one winner; in others, the contest   is between two sides, each attempting to exceed the other. Some sports allow a tie or draw, in which there is no single winner; others provide  tie-breaking methods  to ensure one winner and one loser.  Reflection: Social groups A  social group  consists of two or more people who regularly interact on the basis of mutual expectations and who share a common identity. It is easy to see from this definition that we all belong to many types of social groups: our families, our different friendship groups, the sociology class and other courses we attend, our workplaces, the clubs and organizations to which we belong, and so forth. Except in rare cases, it is difficult to imagine any of us living totally alone. Even people who live by themselves still interact with family members, coworkers, and friends and to this extent still have several group memberships. Sports have a huge fan base and large amounts of social groups. These social groups consist of dedicated fans who go all out for teams that they represent. These social groups dress up in costumes and put on face paint to come to games and represent their team. Sport fans usually consist of adults ranging from ages 16 to 35 years old. 

 Interview Questions Part 1 For my interview, i have came up with a few question to ask the person that i will be interviewing which is my brother. My brother plays basketball/football so i decided to ask him a few questions about how his season went and specific questions relating to his stats at the end of the season. In this blog, i will be listing a few questions that i will be asking for my interview. Here are a few questions that i put together: 1. What are a few things you could have done to ensure a better outcome of this season? 2. How do you feel about the goals you've accomplished during the season and pre-season? Explain. 3. How do you and your teammates have good communication and chemistry on and off the courts? What help you communicate better with teammates? 4. What makes you a role model or captain for other players and athletes?  5. What are some goals do you look to accomplish in the next season? Theses are just a few questions that i was able to come up with. Bu

 Magazine Update I was finally able to secure a cover page for my magazine. The cover page displays sporting equipment for many different sports. It includes a short description of what sports are and the basic fundamentals. So far, in my magazine, i am using two of my own pictures that i took. One of which is a picture of my JV football team after a great game and the other one is a picture i took of my old football trophies and a statue in front of my house. I also created my table of contexts page showing where each of my pages are and what they consist of. I added my official page which talks about sports coming back. It also talks about specific sports like basketball and football and their current events. I look forward to adding more information to my magazine and even add more of my own pictures.

 Beginning of NBA Season Last season the NBA had to shutdown during the season due to covid when it was first emerging. After a while, they went under procedures to ensure the safety of every player. Going into a new season, they are still following safety guidelines for all the players so this time, the season was a go. Game are already progress with some teams already making names for themselves. Teams like the 76ers and clippers are already at the top of their conference and have really showed out at the start of this season. The season already started off with great moment and it can only get better from here going forward. 

 Ending of NFL season With the NFL season coming to an end, players end the season without accomplishing goals that they had, some retire leaving their dreams out on the field, some even end the season victorious an end with a great season. With only 4 teams left, they battle to come out on top and end their season with a bang. With the conference championship n just three days, Tampa Bay Buccaneers go head to head with Green Bay Packers  to win the a conference championship. Buffalo Bill go head to head with Kansas City Chiefs to win their conference championship. The two winners of those events will go on to play in the Super Bowl which would take place February, 7th. Such an amazing season is coming to an but what a crazy season we had. With all the delay and push backs due to Covid, fans were still able to receive the entertainment that they long for.

 Film Elements Along with the literary elements such as  plot ,  setting , characterization,  structure , and theme, which make up the text or screenplay, there are many different film techniques used to tell the  story  or narrative. Where are we in the opening scene? Plot and structure What are the most important sequences? How is the plot structured?

 Preliminary Feature Writing Practice 2: Introduction Example 4     A child comes home from school one day and as soon as he got home, you wont believe what he told his mom. A boy arrives home from school later than usually and his mom was confused on why. He goes on to tell his mom that the teacher spanked him and left bruises on his behind then, kept him after school . His mother grew angry which lead her to calling the police. Two police officers eventually arrived at the residence shortly to come deal with the incident. His mother told the police everything that the boy said and the police began to inspect the boy for bruises. The mother wanted to press charges on the teacher but couldn't do so because, to a surprise, there were no bruises. The mother and the police men became confused on to why the boy had no bruises after receiving such a beating. The boy couldn't hold on to the lie any longer and finally tells his mother the truth. The boy says in a shaky voice, "

 Feature Writing Feature stories are stories with only one feature, but are creative and true. While the distinction between published features and news is often clear, when approached conceptually there are few hard boundaries between the two. It is quite possible to write a feature story in the style of a news story. Nevertheless, features do tend to take a more narrative approach, perhaps using opening paragraphs as scene-setting narrative  hooks  instead of the delivery of the most important facts. A feature story can be in a news article, a newspaper, and even online.  A feature story, as contrasted with straight news reporting, normally presents newsworthy events and information through a narrative story, complete with a  plot   and story characters.   It differs from a  short story   primarily in that the content is not  fictional . Like literature, the feature story relies upon creativity and subjectivity to make an emotional connection with the readers and may highlight some u

 Pearson Moving Image The  Pearson  coefficient is a type of correlation coefficient that represents the relationship between two variables that are measured on the same interval or ratio scale. The  Pearson  coefficient is a measure of the strength of the association between two continuous variables.  The methods you use  to analyze a film are closely related to those used  to analyze literature; nevertheless, films are multimedia . They are visual media made for viewers. Films take command of more of our senses to create special atmospheres, feelings or to bring out emotions.  Along with the literary elements such as plot, setting, characterization, structure, and theme, which make up the text or screenplay, there are many different film techniques used to tell the story or narrative. Attention is paid to sound, music, lighting, camera angles, and editing. What is important is to focus on how all the elements are used together in making a good film.

Preliminary Feature Writing Practice: Example 4 On an early afternoon, police received a very disturbing call from a women. The women yelled over the phone, " My son's been beaten. His teacher whipped him this afternoon, and he's all red where she paddled him. Can teachers do that? That's assault and battery, and I want her arrested." Two officers were dispatched to her home. The police officers arrived at her home and began asking her 9 year old son some questions. They then go on to inspect the child for any bruises or injuries that had been reported. After inspecting the boy, the officers said to the women, " We couldn't tell that the boy had been paddled. His fanny didn't look red to us, but we did notice that his pants legs were wet and muddy." As they continued to talk, the boy told them the true reason for the whole situation. The boy came out and told the truth. He told them that he never received a spanking from his teacher.  Preliminary Feature Writing Practice An innocent man with no criminal history turns into the most wanted man in the country and I’m going to tell you how... Aaron Zerquis was walking to work in his grey suit, slick grey pants, and shiny black dress shoes, as he always does. He worked every day of the week in order to provide for his family, most importantly his sick grandma. Aaron followed the same exact routine every day; he would wake up, take a shower, brush his teeth, get dressed, eat breakfast, and checked on his family before going off to work. Then, when he gets home at night, he changes his clothes, eats dinner, and settles down with his family. But lately, he hasn't been able to keep up with rent and medical bills. He's even tried to ask for a promotion countless times, but his rude, obnoxious boss just declines him every time. Aaron began to search for new opportunities but never had luck with any. He started to give up, he even thought about putting his grandma in a
